DESCRIPTION
| An automated line is designed for the shops of small and medium area, which intend to produce rectangular air ducts from a coil up to 1500 mm wide. All control functions are hydraulic driven and provide a long-life performance and continuous operation. This model provides high efficient production of rectangular air ducts at small investments. The line has a modular structure, which allows its usage in different configurations for execution of feed functions and coil metal straightening, reinforcement ribs application, bending, transverse cutting of metal. A machine control system controls the production process and set-up parameters. |
